What is the process?
Call 07544 345498 between 8.30am and 10am (except Wed/ Sat) to arrange a free phone consultation before booking.
If you wish to take up the service, there will be an assessment session before therapy sessions can begin
Where does therapy take place?
Offices in BT7 and BT23
Options: Face to Face (N Ireland only). Remote sessions available online using ZOOM UK wide
How much will therapy cost?
The initial assessment session is £45. Fees thereafter vary depending on service you chose and can be discussed during consultation
NB: Fees includes pre and post session preparation, personal indemity insurance, admin costs and professional supervision
How do I make payment?
By Cash or Bank Transfer (payment at beginning/ advance of session)
When and how long are the sessions?
Sessions are weekly and take place on an agreed day and time. Each session will last 50 minutes.
If ongoing therapy is not required, ask me about a 'super session' lasting 90 minutes, ideal to support with an immediate issue that's causing you anxiety or worry. This is designed to be a 'one off' session and does include a follow up call This breakthrough session aim is to create a significant shift leaving you with a new perspective and motivation to move forward
Is it confidential?
Building the therapeutic relationship is very important. Counselling is confidential however there are some exceptions to this which I will explain in the consultation session. I also share and discuss the 'Commitment to Client' mandate in line with working ethically
What if I have a complaint?
I work and am guided by the BACP ethical framework, a complaint can be raised with me directly. However if you are not satisfied I can direct you to BACP complaints for further assistance
